FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 17

Vincent Robert Babo, 29, of 8 Lowell St., was issued a summons for a charge of attaching plates. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infractions of speeding and not having a valid inspection sticker.

 

SATURDAY,

FEBRUARY 18

Sherri L. Marano, 45, of 925 Revere Beach Parkway, was issued a summons for a charge of vandalizing property.

Kathleen K. Baltzer, 46 of 120 Winthrop Ave., was arrested on two outstanding warrants and on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration (subsequent offense).

Oscar Martinez-Lopez, 45, of 671 Beach St., was issued a summons for charges of violating a domestic abuse prevention restraining order pursuant to c. 209A, making annoying telephone calls, and criminal harassment (subsequent offense).

 FEBRUARY 19

Francisco A. Navarro, 39, of 19 Sumner St., was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor (3rd offense) and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Andre F. Peixoto, 31, of New Bedford, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

Tina Guy, 33, of 94 Shirley Ave., was issued a summons for a charge of shoplifting.

Jayme M. Spinelli, 22 of 11 Bay Rd., was arrested on charges of assault & battery in a domestic situation, malicious destruction of property over $250, and making a threat to commit a crime.

Roy M. Stuart, 36, of 199 Constitution Ave., was arrested on two outstanding warrants.

Richard D. Linares, 23, of Peabody, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Stacey J. Falcucci, 29, of 124 Crescent Ave., was issued a summons for charges of two counts of assault & battery upon a public employee and assault & battery in a domestic situation.

Wayne J. Giangregorio, 54, of 299 Crescent Ave., was issued a summons for a charge of violating an harassment prevention order pursuant to c. 258E.

Avelino R. Rivera, 26, of Chelsea, was issued a summons for charges of breaking & entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, assault & battery in a domestic situation, violating a domestic abuse prevention restraining order pursuant to c. 209A, stalking in violation of a restraining order, and larceny of property over $250.

Tania M. Conway, 37, of Chelsea, was issued a summons for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subseq. offense).

Christopher E. Kenney, 20, of 50 Fernwood Ave., was arrested on two outstanding warrants.

 

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 24

Frank S. O’Riley, 23, of 418 Revere Beach Parkway, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

Youssef Boussecsou, 37, of 61 Pleasant St., was issued a summons for a charge of larceny of property under $250.

Talekia  Murray-Roberson, 42, of Norwood, was issued a summons for a charge of  allowing the operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. She also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of an unregistered motor vehicle.

Anthony Christopher Coleman, 23, of Norwood, was arrested on two outstanding warrants and on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Shabazz Allah, 54, of Boston, was arrested on charges of two counts of assault & battery in a domestic situation and larceny from a person.

FEBRUARY 25

Scott A. Ferguson, 43, of 108 Kimball Ave., was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, assault & battery in a domestic situation, assault & battery upon a police officer, resisting arrest, and drinking an alcoholic beverage in public in violation of the city ordinance.

Kathleen Welch, 58, of Saugus, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

Timmy R. Hem, 22, of Revere, no address listed, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

FEBRUARY 26

Ever Alaxander-Parabes, 28, of Chelsea, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of a marked lanes violation.

Daysi Anabel Morales, 32, of Chelsea, was arrested on charges of the common law crime of interfering with a police officer in the performance of duty, assault & battery upon a police officer, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.

Ralph R. Romelus, 30, of Somerville, was arrested on charges of rude & disorderly conduct in violation of the city ordinance and resisting arrest.

Frances Martinez, 24, of 11 Montfern Ave., was arrested on a charge of assault & battery in a domestic situation.
