FRIDAY, JANUARY 13

Angelo DiStefano II, 29, of 204 Ocean Ave., was arrested on charges of assault & battery in a domestic situation and malicious damage to property under $250.

Mary Cristofaro, 30, of 549 Beach St., was issued a summons for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. She also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infractions of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and improper operation of a motor vehicle.

Jesse H. Catlin, 34, of Wilton, N.H., was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. There also was a citation for the civil motor vehicle infraction of a lights violation.

Anthony Michael Ferullo, 27, of Everett, was issued a summons for a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of  operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Lex Chamblin, 19, of Malden, was arrested on three outstanding warrants and on a charge of breaking & entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony.

Sabrina Crayton, 19, of Lynnfield, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

Anaeli Carrillo, 19, of Lynnfield, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

Christina Soares, 48, of Winthrop, was arrested on charges of shoplifting and trespassing.

Motta DeOliveira, 49, of 25 Union St., was issued a summons for charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. There also was a citation for the civil motor vehicle infraction of a marked lanes violation.

A 17 year old juvenile was issued a summons for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Tayla Lynn Fiore, 28, of 277 Bradstreet Ave., was arrested on a charge of assault & battery in a domestic situation.

Megan Hall, 23, of Sturbridge, was issued a summons for a charge of credit card fraud.

Scott C. Mehlinger, 29, of 193 Rice Ave., was arrested on five outstanding warrants.

A 17 year old juvenile was arrested on charges of receiving a stolen motor vehicle, receiving stolen property greater than $250, and being rude & disorderly in violation of the city ordinance.

A 15 year old juvenile was arrested on a charge of receiving a stolen motor vehicle.

Nicole O. Drummey, 19, of Danvers, was arrested on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, receiving a stolen motor vehicle, and contributing to the delinquency of a child.

Angel Suarez, 24, of 34 Hillside Ave.,  was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Erwin Herrera, 30, of 8 Montfern Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Rita R. Williams, 55, of Lynn,  was issued a summons for a charge of permitting the operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. She also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of permitting the use of an unregistered motor vehicle.

David Lee Wells, 21, of 1535 No. Shore Rd.,  was issued a summons for charges of breaking & entering in the daytime with intent to commit a misdemeanor and two counts of violating a domestic abuse prevention restraining order pursuant to c. 209A.

Ibraheem Fadhil Alhamadain, 23, of Worcester, was arrested on charges of assault & battery in a domestic situation, aggravated assault & battery, intimidation of a witness, and extortion by threat of bodily injury.

David Deion Torres, 21, of Dorchester, was arrested on charges of cruelty to an animal, aggravated assault & battery by means of a dangerous weapon, assault & battery in a domestic situation, malicious destruction of property over $250, breaking & entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, and assault & battery by means of a dangerous weapon.
