ARREST Report

MONDAY,

SEPTEMBER 26

Robert Dellorfano, 59, of Saugus, was issued a summons for a charge of leaving the scene of an accident after causing property damage.

Timothy J. Keohane, 36, of East Boston, was arrested on a charge of illegal possession of a Class B controlled narcotic substance with intent to distribute (subsequent offense).

 

TUESDAY, S

EPTEMBER 27

Johnfritz P. Saintima, 25, of Lynn, was issued a summons for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Francisco Mejia, 28, of 1643 No. Shore Rd., was issued a summons for charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Jefferson S. Saky, 25, of 114 Thornton St., was issued a summons for a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infractions of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and a lights violation.

 

WEDNESDAY,

SEPTEMBER 28

Anthony James Straccia, 42, of 242 Cooledge St., was arrested on charges of malicious damage to property over $250, breaking & entering into a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, and resisting arrest.

Mirta Galicia-Barilas, 21, of Chelsea, was issued a summons for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

 

THURSDAY,

SEPTEMBER 29

Gary P. Mulcahy, 58, of Portland, Maine, was arrested on a charge of trespassing.

Crystal Ocasio-Lopez, 18, of 839 Winthrop Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Matthew J. Hohl, 25, of 213 Beach St., was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor, resisting arrest, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

SEPTEMBER 30

Antonia Rodriguez, 33, of Waltham, was issued a summons for a charge of shoplifting.

Aroldo W. Rodriguez, 38, of Waltham, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

Rose F. Tuck, 21, of Everett, was issued a summons for a charge of shoplifting by price tag tampering.

Eryk Borges Silva, 29, of 58 Victoria St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Joseph Ciulla, 40, of East Boston, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

 

SATURDAY,

OCTOBER 1

Aleman C.M. Romel, 38, of Chelsea, was issued a summons for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended for operating under the influence of liquor.

Domingo Rodriguez, 52, of Chelsea, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Carlos J. Esmurria, 48, of 33 Pemberton St., was issued a summons for a charge of operating a motor vehicle after his right to operate had been suspended (subsequent offense).

Christopher J. Godfrey, 55, of 97 Prospect Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on a charge of shoplifting.

Juan Jose Garcia-Duarte, 49, of 485 Beach St., was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor, causing malicious damage to a motor vehicle, assault & battery upon a police officer, resisting arrest, leaving the scene of an accident after causing property damage, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of a marked lanes violation.

Mansour Belbachir, 39, of 895 Broadway, was issued a summons for a charge of larceny of a motor vehicle.

 

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 2

Santino L. Barrasso, 29, of 127 Newman St., was arrested on charges of intimidation of a witness, conspiracy, interfering with a police officer in the performance of his duty, and allowing an unlicensed operator to use his motor vehicle.
