ARREST Report

MONDAY, AUGUST 29

Ahmad Lazhari, 33, of 539 Beach St., was issued a summons for a charge of malicious destruction of property under $250.

Skyla Bustamante, 19, of 194 Garfield Ave., was issued a summons for assault & battery.

TUESDAY, AUGUST 30

Damien M. Centrella, 42, of 44 Constitution Ave., was arrested on a charge of receiving stolen property greater than $250.

Roger Reddick, 34, of Cambridge, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Filipe DaSilva, 27, of Lowell, was issued a summons for charges of operating a motor vehicle outside his license class and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

A 16 year old juvenile was arrested on a charge of receiving a stolen motor vehicle.

A 16 year old juvenile was arrested on charges of receiving a stolen motor and illegal possession of a Class D controlled narcotic substance with intent to distribute.

A 17 year old juvenile was arrested on charges of receiving a stolen motor, operating a motor vehicle after his right to operate had been suspended, and failing to stop for a police officer.

A 16 year old juvenile was issued a summons for a charge of shoplifting.

Imari Johnson, 18, of Dorchester, was issued a summons for a charge of shoplifting.

Diana L. Alvarez-Hernandez, 20, of 313 Cooledge St., was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

Mehdi Darhbar, 20, of 313 Cooledge St., was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

Christopher Wilson, 37, of 370 Ocean Ave., was issued a summons for charges of two counts of assault by means of a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct.

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 31

Gilmar M. DaSilva, 29, of Medford, was issued a summons for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 1

Joseph L. McGrath III, 53, of Nahant, was arrested on charges of operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor (2nd offense) and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infractions of a lights violation, a marked lanes violation, and operating with an open container of an alcoholic beverage.

Anass Rhim, 29, of 105 Bradstreet Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
