ARREST Report

MONDAY, JUNE 27

Favio Rodriguez, 43, of East Boston, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

 

TUESDAY, JUNE 28

Lisa Rossetti, 46, of 25 Washington St., was arrested on a charge of assault & battery.

Robert D. Ruiz, 26, of 123 Stevens St., was arrested on a charge of reckless operation of a motor vehicle.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 29

Angel J. Genao, 25, of Boston, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense).

Aleyah C. Pascual-Childs, 20, of Chelsea, was arrested on a charge of breaking & entering into a motor vehicle with intent to commit a felony.

Felicia Pearson, 22, of Tampa, Florida,  was arrested on charges of breaking & entering into a motor vehicle with intent to commit a felony and larceny of property under $250.

Louie J. Colangelo, 34, of 589 Broadway, was arrested on charges of malicious destruction of property over $250 and attempting to commit a crime.

A 17 year old juvenile was arrested on charges of illegal possession of Class A and Class B controlled narcotic substances with intent to distribute and two counts of violating the drug-free school zone laws.

Christian Zingariello, 39, of 679 Washington Ave., was arrested on a charge of assault & battery.

Thomas A. Boyan, 58, of 679 Washington Ave., was arrested on a charge of assault & battery.

THURSDAY, JUNE 30

Tommy Lee Sor, 22, of Lynn was arrested on charges of illegal possession of a Class E controlled narcotic substance and using a motor vehicle without authority.

Eduardo Garcia, 19, of 286 Malden St., was arrested on charges of malicious destruction of property over $250, making a threat to commit a crime, and assault.

FRIDAY, JULY 1

Kirk J. Gibbs, 42, of Boston, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Jason F. McFaun, 40, of Melrose, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Nicole K. Papa, 21, of Malden, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

Andre D. Junior Ramos, 19,  of Boston was arrested on charges of drinking in public in violation of the city ordinance and illegal possession of alcohol by a person under the age of 21.

A 17 year old juvenile was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

Shannon Jette, 29, of Chelsea, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

SATURDAY, JULY 2

Carlos P. Portillo, 36, of 539 Beach St.,   was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on charges of operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failing to stop for a police officer, resisting arrest, and making a threat to commit a crime.

Helivelto G. Carvalho, 38, of 88 Vane St., was arrested on charges of strangulation and assault & battery.

John P. Leone, 57, of 912 Winthrop Ave., was arrested on a charge of violating a harassment prevention order.

A 17 year old juvenile  was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subseq. offense).

Victor H. Jaramillo Jr., 26, of 75 Neponset St., was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor.

SUNDAY, JULY 3

Robert M. Molloy, 28, of Woburn, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs and using a motor vehicle without authority.

Mohammed Jamahl Bakhtaoui, 21, of 376 Ocean Ave., was arrested on a charge of illegal possession of a knife in violation of the city ordinance.

Derek R. Major, 31, of 96 Bellingham Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on charges of strangulation, intimidation of a witness, and assault & battery causing serious bodily injury.

Michael A. Odorardi, 51, of East Boston, was arrested on charges of two counts of assault & battery, malicious destruction of a property over $250, malicious destruction of property under $250,  three counts of intimidation of a witness, resisting arrest, disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, and illegal possession of a Class B controlled narcotic substance. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

MONDAY, JULY 4

Chris Silva, 24, of 37 Davis St., was arrested on charges of assault & battery, malicious destruction of property under $250, and intimidation of a witness.
