ARREST Report

MONDAY, APRIL 11

Luis Tiz-Donis, 22, of Brighton, was arrested on two counts of larceny of property over $250.

Glen D. Calef, 51, of Lynn, was arrested on charges of two counts of illegal possession of a Class A controlled narcotic substance with intent to distribute.

Glen D. Calef Jr., 29, of Lynn, was arrested on charges of two counts of illegal possession of a Class A controlled narcotic substance with intent to distribute, subsequent offense.

Ashley Anne Smith, 34, of Portsmouth, N.H., was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor. She also was cited for possession of an open container of an alcoholic beverage while operating a motor vehicle.

TUESDAY, APRIL 12

Christopher J. DePinto, 40, of Lynn, was arrested on three outstanding warrants.

Alberto L. Ortiz, 28, of Lawrence, was arrested on two outstanding warrants.

Kevin M. Reynolds, 34, of Quincy, was arrested on a charge of assault & battery.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 13

Michael F. Magloire, 21, of Somerville, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

THURSDAY, APRIL 14

Barry F. Dempsey, 56, of 418 Revere Beach Parkway, was arrested on a charge of assault & battery by means of a dangerous weapon.

A 17 year old juvenile was arrested on charges of assault & battery upon a person over the age of 60 causing injury, causing a disturbance at a school, resisting arrest, and illegal possession of a Class D controlled substance with intent to distribute.

Daniel J. Cote, 26, of 257 Cooledge St., was arrested on two outstanding warrants and on a charge of receiving stolen property over $250.

Friday, April 15

Francis Michael Forsyth, 43, of 4 Warren St., was charged with possession to distribute a Class A drug (subsequent offense) and one warrant.

Priscilla Morris, 56, of 4 Wolcott Rd., was arrested on one warrant.

John Bertoncini, 58, of 270 Reservoir Ave., was arrested on one warrant.

Saturday, April 16

Mustapha Kabli, 34, of Malden, was charged with interfering with police business.

Hocine Cheballah, 36, of 596 Beach St., was charged with prohibited U-turn, marked lanes violation, operating under the influence of liquor, and negligent operation.

Sunday, April 17

Mohammed Reda Benabdelhanin, 24, of 671 Beach St., was charged with domestic assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous.
