The Chelsea Restoration Corporation is holding an open house on Sunday, May 17 from 12-2pm at 357 Washington Ave., Revere.
Shaquor Sandiford, of CRC, said there are four separate condo units available for purchase and affordable housing restrictions do apply.
He explained that CRC held an informational meeting and lottery for the four units in March. At that time nine families participated in a lottery to purchase the units but only one family was income eligible. The lottery list has been exhausted and the CRC is opening its list to new potential clients.
CRC is a community based, non-profit organization that has provided affordable home ownership support for low to moderate income individuals in Chelsea and the surrounding area for over 35 years.
