Arrest Report

TUESDAY,

 FEBRUARY 17

Robert P. Marley, 56, of Lynnfield, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor (5th offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense), making a threat to commit a crime, and two counts of assault by means of a dangerous weapon.

WEDNESDAY,

FEBRUARY 18

Kelvin Z. Sunsin, 23, of Everett, was arrested on a  charge of operating a motor vehicle with  suspended license.

THURSDAY,

 FEBRUARY 19

Herman Flores Jr., 24, of 161 Winthrop Parkway, was arrested on charges of carrying a dangerous weapon, illegal possession of a knife in violation of the city ordinance, and two counts of breaking and entering into a vehicle in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony.

Concepcion Iliana, 30, of 140 Larkin St., was arrested on two outstanding warrants.

Julia A. Hernandez, 20, of Merrimack, N.H., was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.

Deyli Pineda, 27, of 212 Beach St., was arrested on charges of assault & battery, disorderly conduct, and participating in an affray.

Arturo A. Figueroa, 29, of 51A Walnut Ave., was arrested on charges of assault & battery, disorderly conduct, and participating in an affray.

Antonio Valle-Diaz, 23, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and participating in an affray.

FRIDAY,

FEBRUARY 20

Mark Battista, 38, of Weymouth, was arrested on charges of assault & battery upon a person over the age of 60, strangulation, and resisting arrest.

Elizabeth A. Greeley, 48, of Winthrop, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Anthony J. Greeley, 29, of 134 Pemberton St.,  was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Anthony J. Morrison, 39, of 134 Pemberton St., was arrested on charges of assault & battery and assault by means of a dangerous weapon.

SATURDAY,

FEBRUARY 21

Patricio Allende, 48, of 78 Haddon St., was arrested on charges of assault & battery and malicious destruction of property over $250.

Victor Romero, 35, of Lynn, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, malicious destruction of property over $250, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of a marked lanes violation.
