MONDAY,FEBRUARY 3

Paul A. Nestor, 39, of 44 Bellingham Ave., was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.

TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 4

Matthew Wilkins, 29, of 320 Prospect Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on charges of larceny over $250 and credit card fraud over $250.

A 15 year old juvenile was arrested on a charge of illegal possession of a knife in violation of the city ordinance.

A 14 year old juvenile was arrested on charges of illegal possession of a knife in violation of the city ordinance, making a threat to commit a crime, and intimidation of a witness.

WEDNESDAY,FEBRUARY 5

Jason W. Olson, 44, of Winthrop, was arrested on a charge of assault & battery.

Robert P. Silvia Jr., 47, of 216 Lantern Rd., was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, receiving a stolen motor vehicle, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and possession of a burglarious instrument.

THURSDAY,FEBRUARY 6

Anthony S. Forte, 24, of 957 Revere Beach Parkway, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

FRIDAY,FEBRUARY 7

A 15 year old juvenile was arrested on a charge of carrying a dangerous weapon while on school grounds.

Erick Arturo Cruz-Cranados, 25, of 1709 No. Shore Rd., was arrested on a charge of assault & battery.

SATURDAY,FEBRUARY 8

Jean-Claude Marcel, 26, was arrested on a charge of violating a domestic abuse prevention restraining order pursuant to c. 209A.

SUNDAY,FEBRUARY 9

Janice F. Silva-Gaete, 21, of 17 Hasey St., was arrested on charges of illegal possession of a Class D controlled narcotic substance with intent to distribute, violating the drug-free school zone law, and conspiracy to violate the drug laws.

Frank Dennis Brown, 24, of Dorchester, was arrested on charges of illegal possession of a Class D controlled narcotic substance with intent to distribute, violating the drug-free school zone law, conspiracy to violate the drug laws, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
