Police Briefs 11-13-2013

MONDAY,NOVEMBER 4

Noureddine Braer, 22, of 542 Beach St., was arrested on a charge of breaking & entering into a building in the nighttime with intent to commit  felony, malicious destruction of property over $250, larceny from a building, and receiving stolen property over $250.

TUESDAY,NOVEMBER 5

William S. Frederick, 30, of 514 Malden St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of obstructing traffic.

WEDNESDAY,NOVEMBER 6

Francisco Mahon, 30, of Everett, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Paul J. Adams, 57, of Boston, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on a charge of shoplifting.

Gazmen Spahaij, 51, of 153 Arnold St., was arrested on a charge of violating a domestic abuse prevention restraining order pursuant to c. 209A.

Jean B. Doresca, 26, of Marlborough, was arrested on charges of illegal possession of a knife in violation of the city ordinance, assault & battery by means of a dangerous weapon, intimidation of a witness, and  kidnapping.

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 7

Santiago Berrio, 19, of 23 Central ave., was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, resisting arrest, being a minor in possession of alcohol, and two counts of assault & battery upon a police officer.

Jessica L. Stuart, 26, of 199 Constitution Ave., was arrested on charges of entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and thereby placing a person in fear and assault & battery.

FRIDAY,NOVEMBER 8

Matthew Ronald Graves, 21, of Chelsea, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

SATURDAY,NOVEMBER 9

A 17 year old juvenile was arrested on charges of illegal possession of a knife in violation of the city ordinance and disorderly conduct.

Lori A. Testa, 37, of 47 Fernwood Ave., was arrested on charges of larceny of property under $250 and shoplifting (3rd offense).

Raymond P. DeFranzo, 22, of 92 Proctor Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Richard R. DiPietro, 50, of Saugus, was arrested on charges of malicious destruction of property over $250 and disorderly conduct.
