Claire M. (DeMarco) Di Michele of East Boston died unexpectedly on June 5.
A housewife, she was the beloved wife of the late Daniel ‘Danny the Baker’ J. DiMichele with whom she shared 52 years of marriage; loving and devoted mother of Deborah Esposito and her husband, Steven of Winthrop, Christopher Di Michele and his wife, Jackie of North Reading, Lisa Sinatra and her husband, Greg of Revere and the late Daniel J. DiMichele, Jr.; dear sister of Virginia DiLorenzo of East Boston; adored grandmother of Darnelle DeBiszand her husband, Michael and Eric Esposito, Rebecca and Olivia DiMichele and Samantha and Alexandra Sinatra.

James Louis Downer
Retired Painter and Former member of American Legion and Revere Moose
James Louis Downer of Revere died on June 8 at the Chelsea Jewish Nursing Home. He was 79 years old.
A retired painter, he was a US Army veteran of the Korean War and a former member of The American Legion Post 61 and The Revere Moose Lodge 1272.
He was the beloved son of the late Charles and Rose (DeGaudio) Downer and is survived by his loving cousin Mildred Lodin of Franklin, Frances DiPlatzi of Florida, Patricia Buontempo of Revere and by many extended family members and friends.

Frederick Barile
Worked for Leon Clothing of Boston
Frederick A. Barile of Revere died on June 5 at the Whidden Memorial Hospital.
Born in Boston, the son of the late Felice and Guiseppina (Luongo) Barile, Fred was a member of the Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America, he was a former employee of Leon Clothing of Boston and during World War II, he worked as a welder at the Navy ship yard.
He was the beloved husband of Frances (Puliafico); devoted father of Richard Barile and his wife, Patricia of Revere, step father of Ronald Tango of Medford and Clare Wilhelm and her husband, John of Northbridge; dear brother of Norma Mastandrea of Medford and Jean Vella of Malden and is also survived by seven grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
His Funeral will be from the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons-Bruno Funeral Home, 128 Revere St., Revere today, Wednesday, June 12, at 9 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in St Anthony’s Church at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Nicolina (Rago) Leone of Revere, formerly of East Boston, died on June 9.
She was the beloved wife of Nicola Leone of Revere; loving mother of Giovanni Leone and his wife, Joanne and Alex Leone and his wife, Lisa all of Revere; cherished sister of Pasquale Rago and his wife ,Michelina of Revere, Giovanna Tecce of Italy and Teresa Basile of East Boston and is also survived by six loving grandchildren: Nicolina, Antonella, Alexandra, Giana, Dante, Marco and the late Nico as well as by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Elena “DeDE†( Cataruzolo ) Carangelo of Point of Pines Revere, formerly of East Boston, died on June 10.
DeDE†was employed at Filenes, Sack’s and  Nieman Marcus for many years as a beauty consultant.
She was the beloved wife of the Late Nicholas G. Carangelo with whom she shared 30 years of marriage; loving mother of Pamela Corrado ond her husband, Joe of Winthrop, Brenda Lee Scolaro and her husband, Peter of East Boston, Gregory Carangelo and his wife, Maria of Revere and Sabrina Colombo and her husband, James of Peabody; dear sister of Michael Cataruzolo and his wife, Patricia of Watertown; cherished grandmother of Ashley, JJ, John, Taylor, Jared, Nicholas, Olvia, Alycia and Nick Jr.

Glenn Corriveau
Retired Sales Rep
Glenn J. Corriveau of Revere died unexpectedly at home on May 15. He was 63 years old.
A US Army veteran of Vietnam, he was born in Laconia NH and was a Sales Rep in the Painting Industry. After retiring, he volunteered at Revere Veteran Affairs.
He leaves his friends, Nicholas Bua and William Dolan, both of Revere.
