Police Briefs 10-31-2012

MONDAY, OCTOBER 22 

Bryan McDonald, 24, of Arlington, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failing to stop for a police officer, and reckless operation of a motor vehicle. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of speeding.

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 23 

Joseph A. DeSimone, 36, of Everett, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on a charge of distribution of a Class D controlled narcotic substance.

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 24 

Frederick E. Bianchino, 23, of 1045 Broadway, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Kevin B. Fernandez, 21, of Lynn, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of speeding.

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 25

Heather Gormley, 35, of Lynn, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Edward M. Lynch, 60, of 163 Washington St., was arrested on a charge of malicious destruction of property over $250.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 26 

Meridith Sokolowski, 41, of 45 Hutchinson St., was arrested on charges of leaving the scene of an accident after causing property damage and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 27 

David J. Fentress, 38, of 23 Frank Ave., was arrested on charges of assault & battery and intimidation of a witness.

Ray Sargent, 50, of 36 Crescent Ave., was charged with shoplifting (second offense).

Vinicio Anocleto Estaban, 26, of Lynn, was charged with uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a  suspended license, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, forging an RMV document, and receiving stolen property over $250.

Stephen Molea, 17, of 95 Reservoir Ave., was charged with disorderly conduct and keeping a disorderly home.

Juan Bates, 30, of 39 Franklin Ave., was charged with assault and battery.
