MONDAY, JULY 25

Ricardo Lopez, 50, of Lynn, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle after his right to operate had been revoked.

Stanley Secreast-Velasquez, 31, of 16 Shurtleff St., was arrested on charges of illegal possession of a Class B controlled narcotic substance with intent to distribute and violating the drug free school zone laws.

TUESDAY, JULY 26

Patricia V. Prior, 65, of 291 Cooledge St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

WEDNESDAY, JULY 27

Brian G. Mercado, 17, of 84 Atwood St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Michael A. Robertson, 47, of 244 Cooledge St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Tracy A. Robertson, 47, of 244 Cooledge St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Sokhoeun Sr, 24, of 637 Beach St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

THURSDAY, JULY 28

Benjamin Berry, 27, of Beverly, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Francisco J. Cedeno, 18, of Chelsea, was arrested on a charge of assault & battery.

Jessica Figueroa, 32, of 64 Jones Rd., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Ricky D. Walker, 21, of Randolph, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

FRIDAY, JULY 29

Mourad Fathi, 36, of 70 Jones Rd., was arrested on charges of assault & battery, intimidation of a witness, and making a threat to commit a crime.

Jose E. Lopez, 22, of 33 Florence Ave., was arrested on charges of being rude & disorderly in violation of the city ordinance and assault & battery.

A 15-year-old juvenile was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

SATURDAY, JULY 30

Christopher E. Collins, 28, of Saugus, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

SUNDAY, JULY 31

Jonathan David Bourinot, 23, of 20 Bellingham Ave., was arrested on charges of carrying a firearm without being licensed, possession of ammunition without a license, and illegal possession of a Class B controlled narcotic substance.

Donald A. Delaney, 46, of Chelsea, was arrested on charges of illegal possession of a Class B controlled narcotic substance with intent to distribute and operating a motor vehicle after his right to operate had been revoked.

Jimmy W. Funez, 38, of Chelsea, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor (second offense).

Edward N. Ojukwu, 48, of 135 Ward St., was arrested on charges of shoplifting (third or subseq. offense) and illegal possession of a Class A controlled narcotic substance.

Flor Daliza Reyes, 22, of East Boston, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, assault & battery upon a police officer, and resisting arrest.
