Louis Stenio Makinson, 39, of 142 Conant St., was arrested on charges of assault by means of a dangerous weapon and making a threat to commit a crime.
Donato Colella, 63, of 624 Broadway, was arrested on one warrant.
Shaner Guerra, 18, of 16 Pratt Pl, was charged with resisting arrest, leaving the scene of an accident with personal injury and two counts of assault and battery on a police officer.

Nicholas Michael Couch, 20, of 252 Cooledge St., was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident after causing property damage, and operating a motor vehicle negligently so as to endanger. He also was cited for the civil motor vehicle infraction of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
