Kathleen G. Palermo, 51, of 38 Rose St., was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor.

David Diaz, 36, of Lynn, was arrested on charges of assault & battery and making a threat to commit a crime.
Raymond A. Rais, 18, of 39 Highland St., was arrested on a charge of illegal possession of a knife in violation of the city ordinance.
Joseph C. Ross, 45, of 26 Vera St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
