What in blue blazes was the Governor waiting for? I believe the journal reported earlier in the year that this project had been designated as a recipient of some funding. What was going on? Are all the politicriminals still standing around with their hands out for their 'piece of the pie'. I keep the Mayor out of that group as he seems to be a stand up guy. But the other hyenas in the city are lucky they have not been fitted for an orange jump suit. As Massachusetts is rated 49th out of the 50 states for the distribution of stimulus money it is a wonder the Governor didn't just let the money be pulled back by the Feds for not using it.
