MONDAY, OCTOBER 26

Armand S. Elderkin, 36, listed as homeless, was arrested on charges of breaking & entering in the nighttime with the intent to commit a felony and malicious destruction of property over $250.

Arthur A. Looby, 60, of 21 Highland St., was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, making a threat to commit a crime, and intimidation of a witness.

Jessica Lynch, 18, of South Boston, was arrested on charges of breaking & entering in the nighttime with the intent to commit a felony and malicious destruction of property over $250.

Ferney A. Pereanez, 24, of 33 Maggie Rd., was arrested on a charge of indecent exposure.

Mariane Pisaturo, 42, of 235 Conant St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant and placed into protective custody.

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 27

Nathaniel O. Andrews, 30, of Falmouth, was arrested on a charge of illegal possession of a Class A controlled narcotic substance.

Andrew T. MacCormack, 21, of East Boston, was arrested on charges of manufacturing and distributing a Class B controlled narcotic substance, violating the drug free school zone law, carrying a dangerous weapon, and falsifying a motor vehicle document.

Felicia P. Wareham, 18, of 107 Constitution Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 28

Joseph M. Steele, 20, of Malden, was arrested on a charge of illegal possession of a Class B controlled narcotic substance.

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 29

James M. DiNatale, 19, of 87 Endicott Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Michael C. Montgomery, 35, listed as homeless, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 30

Arthur A. Looby, 60, of 19 Highland St., was arrested on a charge of drinking in public in violation of the city ordinance.

Victor M. Morales, 30, of Worcester, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Nick A. Valcimond, 19, of 7 Park Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 31

Cory Q. Agersea, 19, of 25 Stowers St., was arrested on charges of illegal possession of a Class D controlled narcotic substance and operating a motor vehicle after his right to operate had been suspended.

Joseph T. Bright, 31, of 68 Oxford St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

John M. Church, 20, of 84 Walnut Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Rachel Kennedy, 21, of Saugus, was arrested on charges of being rude & disorderly in violation of the city ordinance and interfering with a police officer in the performance of his duty.

Thomas Morse Jr., 25, of Boston, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs, illegal possession of a Class E controlled narcotic substance with intent to distribute,.operating a motor vehicle after his right to operate had been revoked, violating the drug free school zone law, illegal possession of a Class B controlled narcotic substance, and proving false identifying information to a police officer.

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 1

Jeffrey P. Clark, 24, of 99 Ridge Rd., was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Mark R. Delloiacono, 40, of Peabody, was arrested on a charge of assault & battery.

Thanh V. Nguyen, 47, of 140 Shirley Ave., was arrested on a charge of assault & battery.
