On the WEDNESDAY night when this happened it was self defense from his father and mother because his father was trying to choke him and his mother was scratching at his face. And the "man" (his father) was not rushed to the hospital, he did not go to the hospital til the next day (thursday), where he told the hospital he was jumped/mugged, and it wasnt til friday that he decided to press bogus charges agianst his son. Newspapers really need to check their facts before dragging poor kids through the mud like this.
