The Journal has learned that Mayor Thomas Ambrosino has turned down yet another job with the state. The most recent turned down job the mayor was offered regarded some sort of green initiative financed by a state agency and would have paid something in the vicinity of $110,000. Ambrosino was also offered the Department of Recreation and Conservation position but turned that down some months ago.

Ambrosino does not want a job unless his heart is in it.

And so the wait continues – with the mayor promising this term is his absolute last.
