Level 3 Sex Offender Update

Three new Level 3 sex offenders have registered in the city over the past month, bringing the total number to eight.
•Richard Thayer, a 45-year-old black male with a brown/orange afro and 5’10” 225 pounds, now lives at 530 Revere St. in the basement apartment. His work address is in Maverick Square in Eastie. In 1991, he was convicted of Rape of a Child with Force, Rape and Abuse of a Child, Indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older, and indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years old.
•David C. Tirella, 45, is homeless, but lives in Revere and has relatives in the Point of Pines neighborhood. His work address is on Pleasant Street in Malden. He is a white male, 5’10” and 155 pounds with brown hair. He has convictions for open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior in 1991 (2 times), 1994, 1997, 1999 and 2005.
•Wayne Clements (a/k/a/ Anthony Clements), 45, is homeless, but lives in Everett and Revere. He is unemployed and is a white male, 5’11” and 195 pounds with brown hair. He was convicted of rape in Alabama in 1999.
Other Level 3 sex offenders include:
•Michael Tracy, 47, of 85 Tuttle St., with convictions of rape and child rape in 1984 and 1985.
•Ronald Spencer, 59, of 194 Shirley Ave. #20, with a 1995 conviction on 28 counts of Rape of a Child and 24 counts of Indecent assault and battery on a child.
•Paul LaValle, 41, of 23 VFW Parkway, with a 1991 conviction on 10 counts of Indecent assault and battery on a child, five counts of assault to rape and one count of rape of a child.
•Steven Dichiaria/Dichiarr, 40, of 54 Winthrop Ave. #2, has convictions in 1991 of two counts of rape and abuse of a child, three counts of indecent assault and battery on a child, three counts of assault and rape of a child and one count of rape of a child.
•Steven Hescock, 30, is homeless, but lives around Revere, especially in the Cooledge Street area. He works in Lynn on Lyman Street. He was convicted in 1998 of rape.
